Protection seeker from Ukraine Natalya Ebrahim invites everyone to training.

Nordic Walking:

– Activates not only leg muscles, but also upper body muscles;

– burns up to 46% more calories than normal walking;

– improves the work of the heart and lungs, increases the pulse by 10-15 beats per minute compared to normal walking.

The training takes place every Saturday at 15:30 and lasts 1 h 10 min and is structured in three parts: Warm-up, walking, stretching and stretching.
